From the time we saw Melbourne City Caravans at the Melbourne Caravan Show, we fell in love with the Salute Governor. The Staff at MCC, are awesome to deal with. Living in Tasmania, they were always available by phone, text and email to answer all our questions. At the time of taking delivery, the team made it exciting and easy. Our 4.5 hr hands on handover was brilliant and being able to take videos to remind us of how things worked (battery management, awning etc) is brilliant. As always, the team will be available by phone etc to answer any queries we might have. Certainly an investment made with confidence in buying from MCC and Salute. Highly recommend.

Our journey began 1.5 years ago when my wife Wendy commenced her research on looking for a Caravan that you only purchase once in a life time. We are over the moon with our Salute Governor. We stepped through the doors of so many vans searching for the right one and the Salute vans stood out from them all. The quality of the build is A1, along with the service from Cettina, Joe and Fabio. Special thank you to Cettina who was so patient with me as I changed my interior colours 3 times 😊 before we signed and put our deposit down. We received our van on time and we’re ecstatic with the finished van. All our family and friends are in love with the van as much are we are and we are looking forward our future travels in style. We purchased a new Salute Governor 12 months ago l could not recommend them highly enough. The after service from Fabio has been very pleasing , our regulator on the gas bottle was faulty, they sent a plumber 3 hours drive to replace the faulty part. Also on purchasing the van they were very patient friendly and informative. We are pleased with the quality and standard of our caravan. 

Finally picked up the dream van. Months in the waiting for a lifetime of fun. MCC were awesome to deal with, right from the initial contact and selection process with Cettina to the delivery and handover with Fabio and Joe. I’ve now experienced their after sales service. Being from the West I thought it may be a little challenging but Fabio’s instruction to a local electrical repairer (to fix a minot issue) was something to the effect of please ensure as minimal impact to the customer as possible. Thanks so much guys.
