Salute Caravans is owned and operated by a passionate family team: husband-and-wife duo Fabio and Cettina Bazzacco, alongside their brother and brother-in-law, Joe Capodicasa. With decades of combined experience in construction, manufacturing, and customer service, they are involved in every step of the process—from design and production to customer support.

• Fabio Bazzacco
  Design, Manufacturing & Technical Oversight
  
  Fabio brings a strong background in building and construction, with 25+ years of hands-on experience. He oversees all aspects of design and manufacturing for the Salute Caravans range—ensuring each van is built tough for Australian conditions. From chassis engineering and structural integrity to off-grid electrical systems and layout configuration, Fabio works closely with suppliers, customers, and the production team to ensure quality and performance come standard. He’s also deeply involved in helping customers understand their options and make informed choices around layouts, upgrades and functionality. He brings over 25 years of experience in building and construction, overseeing the design and manufacturing processes to ensure each caravan meets our high standards for quality and durability.

• Joe Capodicasa
  Customer Support, Pre-Delivery & Quality Control
  
  Joe has a long-standing career in the motor trade and RV sales industry, with more than two decades in customer-facing roles. He’s often the first point of contact for customers exploring the Salute range at our family-owned dealership, Melbourne City Caravans—helping them narrow down the right caravan for their lifestyle, whether it’s off-grid touring, long-term travel or weekend escapes. Joe also oversees quality control and pre-delivery inspections—ensuring that every van leaves fully prepared and fully supported.

• Cettina Bazzacco
  Operations, Production Coordination & Customer Experience
  
  Cettina brings over 30 years of experience in finance, administration and customer operations—including more than two decades in the caravan industry. She manages the end-to-end coordination of every build, from scheduling and supplier management to contracts, selections and after-sales support. Cettina also leads marketing & showroom presentation at Melbourne City Caravans—ensuring that every customer interaction, from first enquiry to final handover, is professional, seamless and well-considered.
